Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Karat subscription at any time by sending a written cancellation request via email to billing@getkarat.co. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Your cancellation date is defined as the date your written request is received by Karat. Your site will remain live and fully managed through the end of your current billing period regardless of when within that period your cancellation request is received. For example, if your billing date is the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 4th, your site remains live through the 15th.
Within 30 days of your cancellation date, Karat will deliver a complete package of your site files — including all HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, logos, and other assets — as a zip file to your email on record. If you have not received your site files within 30 days, please follow up at billing@getkarat.co. After your current billing period ends, Karat will take your site offline.
You retain full ownership of your domain throughout and after your engagement with Karat. You will need to arrange your own hosting to deploy your site files after the handoff.
Refund Policy
Only annual subscribers are eligible for refunds. Monthly subscribers are not eligible for a refund upon cancellation. Your current billing month will be honored in full through your next monthly billing date.
Annual subscribers will be refunded for all fully unused months remaining after the current billing month. The billing month in which cancellation occurs is not refunded regardless of the cancellation date within that month. Using the example above, if your monthly billing date is the 15th and you cancel on the 4th, the period from the 4th through the 15th is not refunded. All subsequent full months are refunded. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically process within 5-10 business days.

Returns
Karat provides digital services only. No physical goods are sold, and therefore no return policy applies.
